Booking & Payment
A signed contract and payment (or retainer, if applicable) are required to secure your session date. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until payment is received.
Rescheduling
Reschedules are permitted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Weather-related decisions will be made at the photographer’s discretion to ensure the best possible experience and image quality. In the event of inclement weather, a new date will be offered based on availability.
Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice. Repeated rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations
If the client chooses to cancel the session, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If the photographer must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond control, all payments will be applied toward a rescheduled session or refunded.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other scheduled clients and will not receive additional time or a refund.
